This is a partial index of the dances contain in books of country dances
which I have found online. (Partial because there are more dance books out
there than I have had time yet to index, and also because I sometimes only index
the country dances in books that contain quadrilles, cotillions, waltzes, polkas, etc.).
The CDSS hosts Robert Keller's more complete index of books and dance titles at https://www.cdss.org/elibrary/DFIE/Index.htm,
while Antony Heywood has a similar list,
but their lists don't say where you can find the books online.
