Box Circulate

Box circulate is usually called from a square of four dancers, two looking in, and two looking out. The ones looking in move forward to take the place of the dancer in front of them, the ones looking out loop to take the place of the person beside them.

History

According to Vic Ceder's website box circulate was invented by Jim Stewart in 1968.
